Innovation centers, science parks, science and technology parks, and incubators from Eastern Poland may submit applications in the competition “Starting platforms for new ideas” from April 30. The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP), the organizer of the competition, will allocate PLN 130 million with aim to transform ideas into business.

The competition is to select several Platforms, i.e. partnerships of specialized centers operating as program operators. Each of the Platforms will be located in at least one province of Eastern Poland: Lubelskie, Podkarpackie, Podlasie, Świętokrzyskie or Warmian-Masurian Province. The support will be available to novice entrepreneurs who want to transform their ideas into innovative products or services. The main task of the Platform is to organize “local ecosystems supporting start-up entrepreneurship”.
