The creation of the Łukasiewicz Research Network means that the entrepreneur will easily find a partner and have substantive and financial support from the scientific organizations, but above all it means the support of competent scientists to develop new technologies – said Piotr Dardziński, deputy minister of science and higher education.

Support for research institutes, incentives for universities to conduct research with greater commercialization potential and to make education easier are the three main elements to develop the innovation of Polish companies and they could be realized through the Łukasiewicz Research Network.

– We need people at universities who understand innovation, we need people in companies who understand innovation, and we need innovative investors. The project of implementing PhD theses is the answer to those needs. We have already been teaching almost a thousand PhD students who write their PhD theses, working in companies – added Dardziński.
