Gdańsk University of Technology to talk about on artificial intelligence

Open University of Technology invites participants to the fourth meeting of the #CiekawiNauki series, which will take place on 29 May at the Gdańsk University of Technology. During the lecture, experts – Prof. Jacek Rumiński (Gdańsk University of Technology), Marcin Czajka (Kainos) and Łukasz Osowski (Lab4Life) will explain what artificial intelligence is, in what areas of our life it is currently applicable, and how it will develop in the perspective of 50 or 100 years.

Speakers will answer the questions of how artificial intelligence will help us care for health and whether it is possible to prolong our lives. They will also discuss ethical barriers related to the implementation of artificial intelligence.
Participants of the meeting are invited to participate in the discussion whether for several dozen years artificial intelligence will be an indispensable tool for people.
