Gdynia specialist to deal with flight autonomy systems based on artificial intelligence

The company to deal with the use of drones for various tasks and to develop flight autonomy systems based on artificial intelligence (AI) was established in the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park in Gdynia.

Specialists in the field of unmanned aviation have consolidated forces with aviation industry experts and launched the company PELIXAR S.A. It will continue to develop projects related to: SAR operations (Search and Rescue) – use of drones for search and rescue with the possibility of towing a drowning person to a safe place.

The new company will also deal with the use of drones for industrial measurements of metal tankers, bulk carriers and container ships, and other technical infrastructure, industrial port facilities. They can be used for ships inspections, critical infrastructure monitoring, as well as patrolling and property protection.
