In March Warsaw hosts a global expert conference on supercomputers

The international conference presenting  the most innovative solutions in computational science for large-scale operations will take place in Warsaw from 12 to 15 March. Supercomputing Frontiers Europe 2018 is a meeting of world-class experts in the field of supercomputers.

The organizer of this event is the Interdisciplinary Center for Mathematical and Computational Modeling of the University of Warsaw (ICM UW). Previous conference took place in Singapore.

During Supercomputing Frontiers Europe 2018 Prof. Karlheinz Meier from the University of Heidelberg will provide the research results on a neuromorphic computer, whose system is inspired by the human brain structure, and Prof. Dimitri Kusnezov, scientific advisor to the US Secretary of State, will present the US program of building the most powerful computers in the world and their impact on individualized medicine, where each patient is treated as a separate diagnostic and clinical case, including the creation of individualized medications and their doses.
