In September Kielce to hold the European Mars Rover Competition

The 5th European Rover Challenge will take place from 13 to 15 September in Kielce. The Świętokrzyskie Voivodship donated 100,000 PLN to their organization as well as to the scientific and business conference.

40 teams from 15 countries have qualified for participation in the Mars rover competition. The finalists include representatives of Germany, Canada, Great Britain, Poland, Turkey, India and Australia. Last year’s winner- the Kielce University of Technology will be also present.

During the event, there will be 40 stands on the campus of the Kielce University of Technology, where the companies will present the use of space technologies including the Polish space sector companies participating in space missions of the European Space Agency and NASA. Presentations and workshops on robot construction and hologram simulations.
