International Day of Science Centers and Museums at the Copernicus Science Center

07.11.2018

On Saturday, November 10, visitors to the Copernicus Science Center in Warsaw will be able to see the achievements of Polish scientists from the last century. The event is organized on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Polish Independence and the International Day of Science Centers and Museums.

The Warsaw center will prepare special stands with experiments referring to the work of the most outstanding Polish scientists. On this day in the Copernicus Centre, the visitors will also be able to meet young researchers developing modern science.

– We want to show how important in the development of science is the spirit of cooperation and the ability to make cross borders research. Today’s Polish scientists achieve world-class successes precisely because they are able to work in international research teams, in projects often conducted by hundreds of people.
