Medical study of the University of Jan Kochanowski in Kielce breaking records

Jan Kochanowski University (UJK) in Kielce has accepted over 8.4 thousand applications for all studies. The most popular courses are medical studies, psychology and applied criminology.

Applications were submitted for 48 studies for almost 4,000 students. The university has accepted over 8.7 thousand candidates, of which approx. 8.4 thousand applied for regular master’s studies.

Most people chose to study medicine. Nearly 2,2 thousand people have applied for medical studies, which means that there are over 29 candidates for one place. Psychology (almost 450 candidates) and criminology of application (over 300 candidates) were also very popular. Finance and accounting, physiotherapy or English philology were also chosen by many students.
