Medical universities to form the Polish Medical Platform

The Polish Medical Platform project is the knowledge and research potential management portal implemented by 7 medical universities. The leader of the project is the Medical University in Wroclaw.

The participants of the project include the Wrocław university, Medical Universities from Białystok, Lublin, Gdańsk, Katowice, Szczecin and Warsaw as well as the Institute of Occupational Medicine in Lodz.

The goal is to build a platform that integrates, presents and promotes the scientific achievements and research potential of partners in the fields of medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, public health, occupational health and safety, ergonomics and health protection.

It is planned to create a database of medical science experts and a common domain repository, gathering full-text digital objects in one place. The project is co-financed by the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund.
