The National Center for Research and Development (NCBR) announces this year’s “Fast Path” competitions. The 2019 budget for four competitions is PLN 2.25 billion.

In 2019, NCBR will conduct 4 competitions. Similarly as in previous years, applicants who aim to create and market a new or significantly improved product, service or process may apply for co-financing under the „Fast Path”. The program is horizontal in nature, which means that it does not have a pre-defined topic, and the submitted projects must only be part of one of the National Intelligent Specializations.

This year, for the first time, small and medium-sized enterprises as well as large entrepreneurs can apply for co-financing under one competition procedure. In addition, the NCRD will allow companies and also consortia with scientific organizations to participate in the competition.
