Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń joins the Polish Map of Research Infrastructure

Two centers of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń joined the initiative “Polish Map of Research Infrastructure” published by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

The University of Toruń has appeared on the Polish Map of Research Infrastructure twice: European Central Interferometry Network Station at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (in the field of physical and engineering sciences) and Polish Infrastructure for research on cultural heritage – ERIHS.PL in the field of social sciences and humanities.

The Polish Map of Research Infrastructure was created on the initiative of the Minister of Science and Higher Education. It coordinates infrastructures with the highest potential for scientific excellence, consolidating research potential in fields relevant to the development of science and the country. The list includes 70 units that significantly affect the increase in scientific excellence.
