Until 31 October 2018, young scientists may apply for a scholarship within the START 2019 program. The call is organized by the Foundation for Polish Science.

The START scholarship is addressed to the most talented young researchers, awarded for their scientific achievements. Researchers representing all fields of science who did not exceed 30 years of age can apply for the scholarship.

In the scholarship call, the quality and originality of the candidate’s previous scientific achievements and their most important research achievements are assessed. In previous years, the amount of the annual scholarship was PLN 28,000. The scholarship can be used for any purpose.
