Pomeranian Academy in Słupsk to hold the 5th National PhD Students’ Scientific Conference

PhD students of the Institute of History and Political Sciences of the Pomeranian Academy in Slupsk are inviting students to participate in the 5th National Doctoral Conference of “Poland and neighbors over the centuries”. The conference will take place on 28 September.

The theme of the fifth conference will be the processes taking place in Poland and in neighboring countries, as well as the mutual relations between Poland and its neighbors. This year’s conference is part of the calendar of the Jubilee celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the Pomeranian Academy in Słupsk.

The organizers are planning to discuss the following issues: multifaceted human activity in Polish and neighboring territories; everyday life of an inhabitant of Polish lands and its neighbors throughout history; skirmishes, wars, armed conflicts taking place on Polish and neighboring lands in history and issues of economic, social and political relations taking place in Polish and neighboring lands over the centuries.
