Pomeranian University in Słupsk to launch a new study – Cyberspace engineering

The Pomeranian Academy in Słupsk is launching a new study – Cyberspace Engineering. The study is tailored for those who plan to work in institutions dealing with cybersecurity or want to become a radio, television or online journalist.

The study program includes the basics of social sciences and personal security as well as knowledge of procedures and principles related to broadly understood cybersecurity, including learning to encrypt and decrypt data, secure information systems and secure data transmission in networks.

Studies will offer two specialties: Cybersecurity with elements of cryptography and cryptology will prepare the graduate to create security and fight against cyber threats in local IT networks, and Cybermedia engineering provides training in the field of functioning of all types of media – including the handling of computer programs for text and image processing.
