Project of a student at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw qualified for the world costume exhibition in Moscow

A student of the 4th year of the Scenography at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław – Anna Adasiak – qualified for the world’s costume exhibition “Innovative Costume of the 21st Century: The Next Generation” organized by the Moscow Central Museum of the AA Bakhrushin Theater.

The exhibition is located at the State Museum of History at Red Square in Moscow and will be open from June 4 to August 31, 2019. The Wrocław student will present there the “Cord” costume, which was created as part of the Creative Dress Design classes led by Dr Urszula Smaza-Gralak.

The exhibition is dedicated to the projects of young artists who began their careers in the 21st century. It will present the most unconventional as well as innovative and experimental projects from over 50 countries around the world in areas of fashion, photography, computer projects, films, and costumes as installations, costumes for ballet, opera, theater, cinema and performative arts.
