Prototype of a patrol and intervention vehicle tested by Poznan policemen

“The Preatorian” – is a patrol and intervention vehicle for the police, which was created with the participation of the Special Purpose Vehicle of the University of Economics in Poznan, started a month-long test in the conditions of daily work of officers.

The vehicle’s prototype was created as part of a research and development project by a consortium of three partners: the Polish Platform for Homeland Security (coordinator); Target Company UEP (scientific partner) and Automotive House GERMAZ (industrial partner). The project aims to create a vehicle best suited to the needs and expectations of police officers.

During the work on the Praetorian prototype, 20 proprietary solutions have been created that ensure the multifunctionality of the vehicle and the possibility of its complete configuration. The car will work both in everyday patrol, as well as in the situation of securing a mass event such as a match or concert.
