12.04.2019

Dr Anna Piszcz from University of Bialystok (UwB), received funding for her project under the last competition MINIATURE 2 announced by the National Science Center. The research is to concern competition law in the European Union.

Dr Anna Piszcz intends to compare legal solutions in the field of collective consumer claims for damages caused by anticompetitive practices. Until now, despite many measures taken by the European Commission, they have not been harmonized and there are various regulations in various EU member states.

Thanks to the subsidy from the MINIATURA competition, Dr Anna Piszcz will be able to present and discuss the preliminary results of her research during the conference of the Academic Competition Law Association (ASCOLA) gathering competition law researchers from around the world, which will be held in June in Aix en Provence (France).
