Robot controlled by thoughts presented at the 23rd Science Picnic in Warsaw

Participants of the 23rd Science Picnic, visiting the stand of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology (PJATK) on May 11, 2019, will be able to direct the robot with their thoughts or to produce traditional Japanese flip-flops in an eco-friendly manner.

The Science Picnic is the largest scientific outdoor event in Europe. Representatives of around 200 research institutions, universities, research institutes, museums and cultural institutions, foundations related to education and student clubs will present their achievements and reveal the secrets of their everyday work. One of the organizers will be the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.

It will also present two shows: “Analysis of brainwaves for the needs of robot arm control” and “Traditional Japanese weaving workshop” at the National Stadium in Warsaw.
