Dr Jan Konowalczuk from the University of Economics in Katowice is implementing the project “Methodology for estimating the value of damage on real estate midwives in areas of limited use of airports in Poland”.

Apart from the scholars of the Katowice University’s Investment and Real Estate Department, the research involves scientists from five other Polish universities. The results of their work have recently been published in the prestigious journal Sustainability, which is on the Philadelphia list.
The text “Investigating the Impact of Airport Regional Policy in Poland”, co-authored by Dr Konowalczuk, begins a series of publications in domestic and foreign magazines.

The effects of research, implemented since 2016, have already been presented at prestigious conferences in Boston (USA, AAG 2017), Delph (Holland, ERES 2017), Bonita Springs (USA, ARES 2018), Guangzhou (China, AREUEA 2018).
