03.12.2019

The National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) has published a book presenting and promoting Polish science in 34 ‘photographic snapshots’.

“Science in Poland in 34 Snapshots” is a publication that describes the achievements of scientists in various fields of science. It also presents research infrastructure. The book also includes essays presenting Polish scientific schools.

Polish scientists are constantly contributing to the world science. They solve scientific problems individually or in research teams, often with an international support, in modern laboratories, using large research infrastructure and in their own offices, universities and research institutes spread all over Poland dedicated to various fields and specializations of science – wrote Łukasz Wojdyga, director of NAWA.

“Science in Poland in 34 Snapshots” is an invitation to meet the fascinating, multi-colored world of Polish science and researchers, observing their genuine passion.
