Scientific conference in Lublin on relations between robots and people

The Institute for Market, Consumption and Business Cycles Research – National Research Institute and the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology at the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin in cooperation with the Lublin Voivode invite participants to the conference “People or robots? Future competition”.

The introductory lecture “What skills and knowledge do people need for interacting with robots?” will be given by Prof. Marek Hetmański from the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology at the Lublin University. The program also includes a debate on what relationships with robots we need. The organizers also plan to find answers to the questions: Will robots deprive people of work? How to prepare for cooperation with artificial intelligence? What is the future education for the constructors of automated industrial solutions?

The conference will take place on April 9, 2018 in Lubelski Provincial Office at Spokojna 4.
