Seven scientists from Wrocław University of Science and Technology receive Start scholarships

Seven young scientists conducting research at Wrocław University of Science and Technology have been awarded by the Foundation for Polish Science and received support from the Start program. This is the third best result for Polish universities.

The laureates of scholarships from Wrocław University of Technology are: Dr Eng. Bartosz Błasiak (physical chemistry, chemical department); Dr Eng. Róża Goścień (computer science, electronics department); Dr Eng. Błażej Jaworowski (physics, faculty of basic problems of technology); Dr Eng. Piotr Klukowski (bioinformatics, faculty of computer science and management); Dr Eng. Adam Moyseowicz (chemical technology, chemical department); Dr Eng. Olga Rac-Rumijowska (electronics, faculty of electronics, microsystems and photonics) and Dr Eng. Wioletta Rut (chemistry, faculty of chemistry).

The Start is the largest scholarship program for the best Polish researchers under 30. This year, the winners were selected from among 899 candidates. The annual scholarship is 28 thousand PLN.
