Students from the Japanese Kobe College visit the University of Opole

A group of female students from the Kobe College in Japan, a partner university of the Opole University, participated in a workshop conducted by the sociologist Dr. Anna Czerner, who prepared interactive classes at the Central Museum of Prisoners of War “Is war a man’s thing? How do museums tell women’s war stories.”
Students together with their tutor Prof. Yolanda Tsuda also participated in a meeting at the Museum of the Opole University, where they discussed the further cooperation of both universities. Japanese guests were accompanied by trainees from the Section of International Studies at the Opole University.
These were the third workshops and the third group of Japanese students invited by Dr. Błażej Choroś from the Institute of Political Science, who organizes workshops on various social issues every summer. Professor Yolanda Tsuda, a tutor of Japanese students, is involved in studies on global issues, migration and gender relations.
