Students of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań receive the grants for their first studies

Twelve students of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań became the laureates of the second BEST Student GRANT competition 2018/2019. The winners hold 5,000 each PLN for their first research.

Grants were awarded to: Emilia Brzóska, Konrad Cegielnik, Kornelia Głowacka, Dominika Górko, Adam Kaczorowski, Karolina Król, Joanna Larysz, Natalia Pietras, Wojciech Sławnikowski, Hanna Szczepanek, Filip Wojnarowski and Olga Żyminkowska. The young scientists research irony in Marcin Świetlicki’s lyric poetry and the study of the differences and similarities between Polish and German culture based on comparison of online advertising from the Christmas period.

The BEST Student GRANT is a program for the winners and finalists of the school subject competitions, as well as people who achieved the best results at the final examinations. The awarded money can be used to participate in workshops and seminars related to the subject of research.
