On November 27-28, 2018, the conference “Perspectives – Women in Tech Summit 2018” took place in Warsaw. The partner of the event was the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, with the honor guest Maria Gabriel, European Union commissioner for the digital economy and digital society.

The aim of the conference organized by the Perspektywy Educational Foundation is to support innovation in the area of IT and new technologies, as well as international promotion of Poland as a place of high quality IT education. Over a thousand talented women from Europe and Central Asia took part in the conference.

Plenary sessions, workshops and debates accompanying the event concerned mainly the future of IT and Big Engineering, and enabled the acquisition of industry knowledge, what helped to develop a network of contacts and to plan the next steps of the career.
