10.04.2019

The University of Lower Silesia in Wrocław together with partners from four European countries are implementing the PRoSPEro project: Pedagogy of Robotics in the Social Professions in Europe. The activities are carried out under the ERASMUS PLUS KA203 program – Strategic Partnership for Higher Education.

The project concerns the importance of robotics in contemporary social work. Researchers are investigating how the dissemination of solutions related to artificial intelligence and robotics changes the realities of work in the broadly understood social work. The result of the project will be a proposal for an education program for students of social work and / or social pedagogy taking into account the issues of social robotics.

The partners of the project are: the Institute of Technology SLIGO in Ireland, the National University of Ireland Galway and The Alzheimer Society of Ireland; Danish VIA University College and Holsterbro Kommune, the Dutch Twente University and the Spanish Universitat de Valencia.
