The Department of Economics of the Institute of Economics and Finance of the University of Szczecin is organizing the international scientific conference “Science and business, common challenges” addressed to scientists, students as well as economic practitioners and representatives of business. This year’s 6th conference will take place online.

The main topics of the conference planned for June 5 include the development of academic entrepreneurship and start-ups as well as cooperation between science and business on the way to overcoming the coronavirus crisis. The organizers are planning a discussion on the assessment of the real possibilities of the participation of Polish scientific communities in accelerating the transfer of modern technologies and organizational solutions to enterprises for the implementation of economic and social goals.

The conference is accompanied by the “Let’s Get Greener” campaign and a competition for the best poster devoted to current ecological challenges facing societies, business and countries.
