The University of Warsaw (UW) has signed agreements with the Camões Institute and Bank Millennium, allowing students of Iberian studies to receive scholarships for trips to Portuguese universities.

“The University of Warsaw will provide its lecturers and students with opportunities to develop their knowledge of Portuguese language and culture, in particular by supporting student mobility.” This is one of the provisions of the cooperation agreement concluded between the University of Warsaw, the Camões Institute and Bank Millennium.

The purpose of the agreements is to develop teaching Portuguese language and culture in Poland. Thanks to the cooperation of the signatories, the best students of Portuguese undergraduate studies at the Institute of Iberian and Ibero-American Studies of the University of Warsaw will get a chance to receive a scholarship that will allow them to participate in the courses organized by Portuguese universities.
