The Center for Coaching and Mentoring of the Kozminski University in Warsaw is organizing on March 27-28, 2019 the 10th International Scientific Coaching Conference under the slogan “Coaching – new perspectives and challenges”.

Coaching is developing very dynamically in Poland and around the world. It has more and more applications and has already been established as a separate, socially recognized profession. New coaching concepts, approaches, tools and areas of specialization are emerging.

The conference is addressed to trainers, mentors, supervisors, HR experts, HR-business partners, managers, entrepreneurs, students, PhD students interested in coaching and personal and professional development.
