On May 16-18, 2019, the 19th Festival of Science and Art will be held in Krakow. The motto of this year’s event is “The future in science. Science in the future. “

The event organized by Kraków’s universities together with the institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences is to provide the popularization of science and art, as well as the presentation of scientific and artistic achievements. The festival is also an opportunity to show the practical benefits of scientific progress and its impact on the quality of life.
From 16 to 18 May at the Main Market Square in Kraków, the Festival Scientific Town will include shows, competitions, presentations and experiments. This year, for the first time, there will also be a “Scientific Cafe”, where all interested viewers will be able to listen to interesting lectures, meet with scientific figures, and take part in discussions and debates.
