Young Programmer’s Club opened in Nysa

08.10.2018

Over 2.5 thousand children and their parents will be able to participate in programming workshops at the Young Programmer’s Club in Nysa for the next two years.

Young Programmer’s Clubs are workshop spots, where children and youngsters can learn programming in rooms equipped with various teaching aids – tablets, sets of educational robots and educational mats for learning programming. Classes will be conducted by qualified staff.

– Our goal is to create a space to bring learning about programming to children and parents from medium-sized cities. We want them to know that this is not a job for the elite, but a great way to spend time together – said Marek Zagórski, the Minister of Digital Affairs during the opening of the Club in Nysa.

The opening of the Young Programmer’s Clubs is an element of the Educational and informational campaigns project for the dissemination of benefits from the use of digital technologies.
