Young researchers to receive almost PLN 12 million within the programs of the Foundation for Polish Science

The Foundation for Polish Science has held contests within the HOMING and POWROTY programs. Financing in the amount of nearly PLN 12 million will be received by 15 young researchers who will implement innovative projects in Poland.

The Foundation for Polish Science informs that, as part of the HOMING program, 11 young PhD holders will come to Poland from abroad to complete their post-PhD internship projects. The winners will receive grants in the total amount of almost PLN 9 million. The POWROTY program, on the other hand, will enable 4 researchers to return to academic work after a break related to parenthood and work outside of ​​science. The winners of the POWROTY program will receive over PLN 3 million for conducting their research. Funds for financing grants come from the Operational Program of Intelligent Development.
