From the new academic year, the offer of the Faculty of Theology of the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) will be enhanced by three new faculties: Integral Ecology, Spirituality and Coaching and Biblical Studies.

Studies in integral ecology will prepare students to work in various institutions related to environmental protection.

The idea for a degree course in spirituality and coaching came about on the basis of the popularity of coaching, but also the still high demand for spirituality. “We want to prepare professional spiritual counsellors and we intend to have these studies certified by the Polish Chamber of Coaching”, declares Rev. Prof. Przemysław Kantyka, Dean of the Faculty of Theology at the Catholic University of Lublin.

Biblical studies are intended to help explore the secrets of biblical texts, but also to develop language skills. In addition to the languages in which the biblical books were written, students will also learn modern Hebrew.
