Piotr Mazurek, a graduate of data science at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, is enlisted in the prestigious “25 under 25” list, which includes the most enterprising and active young Poles. He took first place in the category of new technologies.
After graduation, the laureate founded the company together with his colleague from the university, Kemal Erdem. At first, they dealt with the start-up zhiva.ai, working on an open platform thanks to which companies and research groups will be able to easily implement artificial intelligence models in the clinical environment. In doing so, they will provide scientists with tools that will simplify the process of making AI solutions available to radiologists.
“25 under 25” is a joint initiative of McKinsey & Company and the Forbes monthly. Over the last four years, the competition has selected 25 finalists in five categories: business, new technologies, science, social activity, and sustainable development and climate. They are most often young entrepreneurs, start-ups, environmental and social activists, scientists and creators of new technologies.
