Bayer Digital Hub to establish cooperation with Polish universities


Bayer Digital Hub will establish cooperation with the AGH University of Science, Technology in Kraków and the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. The cooperation will assume two areas: the student internship program in information technology called “Program your career” and joint research and development projects carried out with universities.

Bayer Digital Hub offers students the opportunity to gain experience and work in international teams in areas such as data science, software engineering, IT security engineering, full stack engineering, data engineering.

The Digital Hub provides flexible working hours, enabling students to combine study at the university with gaining work experience, competitive salary, and an individual mentoring and training program.

The program, which will start in 2022, is addressed to female students of the last years of engineering and master’s studies. The first group of students will start their internship in March, the next – in October. A 5-month professional and training module has been prepared for several dozen interns. After the internship, the best students are probable to find jobs.
