Catholic University of Lublin presenting new tasks in 2022

The main tasks of the Catholic University of Lublin to be implemented in 2022 include continuation of work on the creation of a medical course, development of scientific research, adapting the educational offer to social needs, technological and infrastructure investments, challenges related to the pandemic – informed the rector of the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL), Rev. Prof. Miroslaw Kalinowski.

As the rector of the Catholic University of Lublin informed, work is also underway to establish the Center for Research on Poles Saving Jews and Jews Saving Poles at the Catholic University of Lublin, at the beginning of the year. The process of implementing new technologies, including communication technologies, as well as expanding and modernizing the university’s infrastructure will also be continued. The University is planning to provide courses and studies dedicated to the Polish diaspora and Poles abroad. KUL is also planning to organize a congress on the challenges of the Church in Poland.

Prof. Kalinowski recalled that in 2021 KUL was the initiator of the University Areopagus, a series of debates with the participation of rectors and experts from KUL, University of Warsaw, Jagiellonian University in Krakow, the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
