European Forum: Biomedical Engineering from Research to Commercialization to be held in Warsaw

The European Forum: Biomedical Engineering from Research to Commercialization will take place from December 2-4 in Warsaw. The event will be hosted by the Institute of Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IBIB PAN).

The forum is addressed to scientists and entrepreneurs from the medical technologies sector.
Participants will talk about the results of the latest scientific research, especially those that can be commercialized or implemented in clinical practice.

The topics also include cooperation between research centers and companies from the medical technology sector, and good practices in obtaining projects and grants.

The meeting will be chaired by Dr Eng. Ratko Magjarević from the University of Zagreb, president elect International Federation for Medical and Biological Engineering (IFMBE) and Dr Eng. Piotr Ładyżyński, Prof. of IBIB PAN, director of the International Biocybernetics Center.
