Foundation for Polish Science to allocate over PLN 11 million to young researchers

The Foundation for Polish Science has agreed further competitions in the HOMING and RETURN programs. Funding in the total amount of PLN 11.2 million will be shared by fifteen young scientists who implement innovative research and development projects in Poland.

The HOMING program is addressed to researchers from abroad who want to implement a research project in Poland. Within this program12 young doctors will be enabled to develop their careers in Poland. They will receive a total of PLN 8.8 million for the implementation of post-doctoral internship projects. The RETURNS program will allow three researchers to return to academic work after a break related to maternity. The winners will receive PLN 2.4 million for conducting research. Funds for financing grants in both programs come from the Intelligent Development Operational Program.
