Graduates of Wrocław University of Science and Technology nominated for the Young Talent Architecture Award

The Mies van der Rohe Foundation has announced a list of nominees for this year’s Young Talent Architecture Award competition including four graduates of the Faculty of Architecture of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology.

The jury of the competition awards the best diploma theses in architecture, urban planning and landscape design. This year’s graduates have been submitted 383 works from 138 universities from 33 European countries and from Brazil, Chile and Mexico. The judges will select 12 finalists from this group including 4 winners. The works of the finalists will be presented at a traditional traveling exhibition, which is scheduled for August as part of this year’s Architecture Biennale in Venice.

The YTAA is organized by the Mies van der Rohe Foundation, and the competition is also supported by Creative Europe – the European Union program, the European Association for Architectural Education (EAAE), the Council of Architects of Europe (ACE-CAE), World Architects and the European Cultural Center.
