Institute of Justice to launch Interdisciplinary Summer School on Religious Freedom

The Institute of Justice (IWS) in Warsaw is organizing the Interdisciplinary Summer School on Religious Freedom on July 19-24.

The school’s goal is to form the foundations of knowledge necessary for academic commitment to defending religious freedom and protecting religious minorities against persecution.

The workshops will include interdisciplinary lectures and seminars. Classes will be conducted in English by lecturers from the University of Leuven (Belgium), the University of Navarra (Spain), the University of Oxford (United Kingdom) and the University of Warsaw. On the last day of the School the students will participate in the Forum of NGOs dealing with religious freedom and religious persecution.

IWS in Warsaw is a state organization subordinated to the Minister of Justice, conducting scientific and research activity in the field of creation, application, axiology and social functioning of law.
