Lazarski University to hold scientific seminar on the 100th anniversary of the birth of John Paul II and the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Warsaw

On July 7, 2020, the Lazarski University in Warsaw is organizing an online scientific seminar to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the birth of John Paul II and the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Warsaw.

The event will start at 13.00. The organizers invited three panelists.

Fr. prof. Franciszek Longchamps de Bérier from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow will give a lecture: “John Paul II – law and anthropology”, Dr Krzysztof Łazarski from the Lazarski University will present the topic: “Poles regaining independence and the state: A double miracle in the 20th century”, and Dr Marek Gałęzowski, chief specialist of the National Education Office of the Institute of National Remembrance, will analyze the Polish-Bolshevik war and its international context.

The seminar will take place on the Microsoft Teams university platform.
