Łukasiewicz Research Network and the Warsaw School of Economics sign agreement on cooperation

The Łukasiewicz Research Network and the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) have signed an agreement on research and development cooperation. Its aim is to increase the involvement of science in the economic development of Poland.

The Łukasiewicz Net and the Warsaw School of Economics will cooperate in the assessment of modern technologies and forecasting directions of innovation development. The scope of joint activities also includes initiatives aimed at strengthening the competences of employees of both organizations and promoting the potential of Polish scientists.

-By combining the interdisciplinary competences of the Łukasiewicz scientists with the knowledge and experience of academic staff of the Warsaw School of Economics, we are able to create a new quality in science, based on reliable forecasts and technological development scenarios for four key areas of our activity: digital transformation, smart and clean mobility, health and sustainable economy and energy – said Piotr Dardziński, president of the Łukasiewicz Research Network.

The Warsaw School of Economics is the first economic university that has formalized cooperation with the Łukasiewicz Net.
