National Academic Exchange Agency launched the “Return to Poland” program

09.03.2018

The National Academic Exchange Agency launched “Return to Poland” program to enable Polish scientists to return to the country and take up employment in Polish universities or scientific organizations. It offers the scholars a competitive salary and the opportunity to run project teams.

Over the last few decades, several thousand scientists left Poland – they were talented, young people who were looking for conditions for scientific work and the exchange of ideas out of Poland. Today we have the conditions to accept them back in Poland. Recently, we observed tremendous changes in Polish science: with full responsibility, I state that it is possible to run world class research in Poland today – emphasized Deputy Prime Minister Jarosław Gowin during the conference opening the Program.
