Opole University of Technology will begin cooperation with the Institute of Telecommunications and Global Information Space in Kyiv. The plans include the possibility of scientific internships, joint research and development projects, and, above all, real contacts between employees. The contract was signed on-line.

“We would like to sign a cooperation agreement in the traditional way but we know the situation, we wish the war to be ended as soon as possible. The University of Technology is very much involved in helping your fellow countrymen. We are looking forward to the possibility of cooperation” emphasizes Prof. Marcin Lorenc, rector of the Opole University of Technology.

The Kyiv institute has been operating for 21 years, is dynamically developing and implementing many projects financed not only by the state but also commercial sources. Since 2015, the Institute has been actively cooperating with the sector related to state security and the development of geolocation systems.
