14.04.2021

The Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) and the British Academy are accepting applications for participation in the scientific event of the “Knowledge Frontiers Symposia” series, which will be held online within 12 sessions in November and December 2021. The symposium will focus on changes in the sphere of politics, economy and technology.

The symposium is addressed to scientists of research units in Great Britain and Poland, who have obtained a doctoral title within the last 7 years.

This year’s symposium will be attended by about 30 young scientists from both countries and will be devoted to transformations in the sphere of politics, economy and technology, which will be solid and fair in the social dimension, informs the Polish Academy of Sciences.

The main goal of symposium is to promote long-term cooperation between participants. The event will allow to apply for funding offered by the British Academy, provided that scientists will participate in at least 75% of online sessions. Participation in the symposium does not guarantee obtaining funding.
