The Chełm Branch of the Geopolitical Society, in cooperation with the Department of International Relations of the State Higher Vocational School (PWSZ) in Chełm and the Scientific Circle of International Relations of the PWSZ in Chełm are organizing the National Competition for the Geopolitical Essay.
The competition is addressed to secondary school pupils and students and consists in writing an essay on one of the following topics: Geopolitical virus – will SARS-CoV-2 change the balance of power in the world?; US-Chinese Game of Thrones in an Era of Pandemic; Consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on the global economy; The resources of the seas and oceans as the subject of international competition; Not only Africa. Conflicts over water resources in Europe; Geopolitical importance of rivers.
The competition entries should be submitted until April 21, 2021.
The best papers will be published in the journal Scientia.
