Polish scholarship program for foreigners from Eastern Partnership countries and Central Asia

The call for proposals for the Stefan Banach Scholarship Program has begun. It is a joint scholarship initiative provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Academic Exchange Agency, implemented as part of Polish development assistance.

The program allows students to undertake postgraduate studies at universities supervised by the Minister of Science and Higher Education in the field of exact sciences, natural sciences, technical, agricultural, forestry and veterinary sciences. It is addressed to foreigners from Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) and Central Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan).

Future scholarship holders should be students of the final year of regular studies of exact sciences, natural sciences, technical, agricultural, forestry and veterinary sciences or they, who have completed regular studies in these areas, but not before the academic year 2015/16. An additional condition is the knowledge of the Polish language at least at level B1.

The call for applications will run until 30 April 2018.
