Polish universities become partners of the staff education program for the chemical industry

On the initiative of the Institute “Autostrada Technologii i Innowacji”, the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow has become a partner of the staff training program for the chemical industry ChemHR.

The ChemHR program is coordinated by the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry. It supports cooperation between science and industry. The program will offer partners, the best Polish technical universities and companies in the chemical sector, the opportunity to be engaged in the practical professional development of students by participating in the preparation and conduct of industrial seminars.

Their main goal is to present the practical aspects of work in the chemical industry, and the so-called support functions, including transport and distribution, production, trade in chemicals, purchase of basic production raw materials, energy, health and safety and process safety as well as environmental protection, innovation and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Apart from AGH, other scientific partners include: the Warsaw University of Technology, Branch in Płock, the Faculty of Chemistry of the Silesian University of Technology, the Faculty of Management of the Warsaw University of Technology, the Faculty of Chemistry of the Rzeszów University of Technology, and the University of Logistics in Poznań.
