Poznań University of Technology and the Łukasiewicz Research Network sign agreement on cooperation

Poznań University of Technology will cooperate with the Łukasiewicz Research Network. The agreement on research, teaching and implementation cooperation was signed by the rector of the university, Prof. Eng. Tomasz Łodygowski and the president of the Network, Piotr Dardziński.

– Łukasiewicz is a science that works for business for good and difficult times. I would like this science to become the main driving force of our economy, and the result of scientists’ work will offer more and more innovative solutions for Polish companies. We can achieve it by sharing knowledge and competences with the best partners, hence we signed another agreement contract with one of the leading technical universities in Poland – says President Dardziński.

Currently, the Łukasiewicz Network and the Poznań University of Technology are conducting projects through numerous research consortia dealing with control systems for electric drives, innovative methods of calculating the carbon footprint in food production or soil bioremediation. Their total budget exceeds PLN 160 million.
