Professor Dorota Dobija elected Vice President of the European Academy of Management

Professor Dorota Dobija, head of the Accounting Department of the Kozminski University (ALK) in Warsaw, was elected for the next term to the Executive Committee of the European Academy of Management (EURAM). This time she will be the vice president responsible for Management and Finance.

The European Academy of Management (EURAM) is a community of scientists and practitioners in the management focused on integration and intercultural exchange.

EURAM places great emphasis on “multidisciplinary theoretical perspectives and methodological pluralism, and promotes critical research into the historical and philosophical roots of management theory and practice.” The organization aims to improve the quality of research, increase its relevance to responsible and effective practices, and contribute to social and political discourse on governance.

The EURAM Executive Committee in which Prof. Dobija will hold another 3-year term (2020-2023), deals with day-to-day management and development of EURAM policies and strategies.
